At Cocopalm Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if your suit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items with all hygienic liners and tags intact inside the original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned swimwear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
